The SuperNourished Family course is an introductory course meant to help you take the first steps towards healthier eating. This introductory course is for parents who want straight forward information and practical strategies about how to feed their kids real, whole food without breaking the bank, or their backs.
It's perfect for you if you still rely on processed or packaged food, if you have a child who is addicted to sugar and eats a lot of sweets, if you have picky eaters and need to make gradual changes, or if you are overwhelmed in the kitchen.
The class is hosted digitally, meaning students will receive a password to get access to the classroom portal where all the learning modules are stored.
Material is delivered through video tutorials and is supported by PDF handouts.
Video material is pre-recorded so you can access it at your convenience and as many times as you need. You get immediate access to all course material upon registration.
All downloadable material is in PDF format and can be saved to your computer for future reference.
Each lesson is broken down into multiple session which have been kept to under 10 minutes each, to accommodate busy schedules and overloaded brains.
What this is NOT...
The SuperNourished Family course does not include information about how to use foods therapeutically or how to address particular health conditions using food. But if you are new to the concept of nutritional therapy or whole food nutrition the information here is a critical backdrop for what you'll learn in Jumpstart.
